Redwood for Contractors
Built for the one‑day swap.

We install it too
We're the first contractor on Redwood.
Our crews put Redwoods into Bay Area homes every week. When something goes wrong on a job we hear about it first, because it's our job too. That's where the install guide, the training and the support line come from.

Easy to sell
Homeowners say yes to this one.
Every reason a homeowner hesitates on a heat pump, Redwood takes off the table.
01
Fits the house
The 19.8 inch air handler goes where the furnace was. No closet rebuild, no attic surgery.
02
No surprise construction
22 amps on the existing panel, 115V or 240V air handler, standard flare connections. The quote is the equipment and the install, nothing bolted on.
03
Cheaper to run
20.2 SEER2 and 10.2 HSPF2. Among the most efficient ducted units you can buy, and it qualifies for the rebates.
04
Priced to win
Direct pricing with no distributor markup.
05
Quiet
57 dBA outside, 44 inside. Quieter than the furnace it replaces.
One platform
Stock one unit. Set the tonnage on site.
Every Redwood ships on the same chassis. Your tech sets it to 2 or 3 tons at the install, so the truck carries one SKU and a wrong load calc never means a second trip. Two SKUs cover 2 and 3 ton. Mitsubishi lists over 1,800.
- SEER2
- 20.2
- HSPF2
- 10.2
- kBtu/h heating at 5°F

Retrofit-first
Built for the furnace closet.
A gas furnace in the closet, ducts in the attic, a panel that wasn't built for this. Redwood was designed on those jobs.
Closet fit
Drops into the furnace footprint
The 19.8 × 22.13 × 45.75 in air handler is sized for the closets and attics where gas furnaces already sit.
115V or 240V
No new circuit for the air handler
The air handler runs on either supply, so most retrofits reuse what is already in the wall.
22 A
Fits the existing circuit
22 amp minimum circuit ampacity keeps most jobs on the service that's already there.
5/8″ or 3/4″
Ties into existing line sets
The vapor line connects to a 5/8″ port or to an existing 3/4″ line via a reducer, allowing more retrofits to reuse line sets and saving install time.
